Are you pregnant and hiding it from your friends and family? Have you kept your pregnancy a secret because of social or family consequences? Are you taking drastic measures to keep your belly hidden? Do you plan to share the news with your loved ones before the birth? Or are you planning to enter a facility or disappear for the last months of your pregnancy? Are you working out an adoption or struggling with the decision to keep the baby? If so, MTV wants to hear your story.
