Casting call for independent non-union feature film “Rachel & Diana”. Casting for the role of “Russel,” the affable owner of a photography shop.
“Rachel & Diana” is a charming story of self-discovery set against the diverse
tapestry of modern day Americana.
Seeking:
Age: Should look 60+
Weight: Non-specific
Eyes: Non-specific
Hair: Gray or graying
Facial Hair: Preferably a beard
From the script:
RUSSEL, the stores proprietor – standing behind the counter. Graying beard
and hair, kind eyes, relaxed attitude. A wealth of information and knowledge -
gained the hard way. Experience.
This is a supporting role that will require one afternoon of shooting in
late July.
Compensation: Travel and meals. Day rate is negotiable, but this is a very
low budget film.
