SEEKING:
Danny: Early 40′s, male – Danny’s the most passionate, least talented stand-up comedian you’ve ever met. When he discovers his wife, Stephanie, is pregnant, her can’t stop his own morning sickness. Filming 25 days.
Stephanie: 20′s/early 30′s, female. Stephanie doesn’t say, she does. As Danny’s powerful, feminine wife, she manages her law career and her party-to-party life with Danny quite well, thank you. Filming 21 days.
Jim: 50′s/early 60′s, male. Stephanie’s football coach dad. Prone to scowling and jogging. Lots of jogging. Filming 8 days.
Tammy: 50′s, female. Danny’s flirtatious comedy mentor. Has yet to meet someone she respects that she hasn’t slept with. Filming 7 days.
Dr. Soros: 40′s/60′s, male. Stephanie’s odd OBGYN. Not a great doctor. Filming 3 days.
Jan: 20′s/early 30′s, female. Stephanie’s outspoken best friend. Also prone to scowling. Filming 5 days.
Hunter: 20′s/40′s, male. Mean-spirited lead comic at the local comedy club. Danny’s nemesis. Filming 3 days.
Avery: 1-year-old boy. Jan’s infant baby. Hates Danny. Filming 2 days.
Misc Comics: Need various character types to play backstage comedians, some appearing on stage with material. Will need most for two days of filming.
Andrew: 40′s/60′s, male or female – Typical “glizty” comedy club manager. Filming 1 day.
Miscellaneous other characters: Filming a single day: Waitress at Comedy club, Basketball players, Male and female friends.
