STORY LINE: The Road to Victory is an HD comedic feature about an out of work football kicker who moves to Texas with his fiancé to open a beauty salon.

SEEKING-

BRITTANY BERRY: 20’s, attractive with a great sense of comedic timing. Brittany is a hard-working make-up artist who dreams of owning her own salon one day. When she is presented with the opportunity to open a salon in Texas she must ultimately decide between her dream career or her fiancé, Simon. LEAD

LACEY MATTHEWS: 18 to play 17. Lacey is Simon’s juvenile delinquent sister, trapped in her parents’ house on house arrest. She is very bored and wants excitement any way she can get it. Lacey also tries to seduce any man who comes in her vicinity. SUPPORTING

PROFESSOR DAVE BERRY: 50’s, Brittany’s father. A well-regarded professor of English literature, currently involved in a relationship with one of his students. Ultimately, Dave loves his daughter and will do anything to make her happy. SUPPORTING

CHLOE LABELLE: 20’s, a wanna-be porn star. Chloe is in the midst of struggling with actually going through with her first scene and confides in Brittany, who helps get her back on track. DAY PLAYER

NORMAN: 40’s, a nitpicky and flamboyant maitre’d. Norman is constantly on the look out to bust one of his employees doing something wrong. He thrives on control and has two very funny scenes. Actor must have exceptional comedic timing. DAY PLAYER

P.A.: 20’s, a large, intimidating college guy working as a PA on a porn set. He gets into a confrontation with Simon and Brittany. DAY PLAYER

ELEANOR: 20’s, a very strict Mormon housewife. She is married to Simon’s best friend, Teddy. DAY PLAYER

INGRID: 50’s, another very strict Mormon. She is Eleanor’s mother and does not get along with her husband. DAY PLAYER

HECTOR AND JORGE: 20’s, two Hispanic drifters who Simon bums a cigarette off of. They have great fun making fun of the fact that he’s a washed up kicker. Must speak SPANISH. DAY PLAYERS

WAITRESS: 40, a lifelong waitress in small town Texas. One scene. DAY PLAYER
