Free Casting Calls and Auditions

Carlyn Davis Casting is working on a SAG Industrial for the Army. The
spots are all comedic so improv and comedy experience is preferred, but not necessary.
The audition will be held in Falls Church, VA some time the week of August 4, 2008.
The shoot dates are scheduled for August 11-18, 2008.

The roles we are casting are listed below:

Three (3) Generation Kill types: one squad leader (28-30)
One soldier(19-23) , and one desk jockey type (a la Radar O’Reilly in MASH)

Two (2) really blue collar towing company employees: a driver and his
teenage son. Major character acting.

1 soldier (28-35) who is having an out-of-body experience. He’s seeing
himself in the ICU on
life support.
1 JAG officer (28-35) wise, no nonsense, smart. Could be woman.
1 Auntie (35-45) Soldier’s older sister, a Cruise babe (big hair, platform
wedges, harem pants, bangles)
1 Uncle (35-45) Leisure suitish. Think young Gene Hackman in Royal Tannenbaums
1 sweet little girl (5-10) no dialog, really big eyes. Soldier’s kid.

1 perfect guy: handsome, tall, extremely good shape, with
greatarms/chest (we’ll be shooting
him doing chin-ups, pull-ups, weight lifthing, etc.) He’s got to be the real
thing. He also needs to be able to ride a Harley (think Will Smith, Jimmy
Smits, young James Caan).
1 tall sloppy parallel opposite guy. Think Chris Farley, John Goodman,
Meatloaf. He’s going to drive the Pizza Delivery truck that hits the soldier
on the Harley.
