SCARLET RAIN is an independent horror film scheduled to be shot July 1-17 in and around Martinsburg, WV. It is an urban legend style ghost story reminiscent of John Carpenter’s THE FOG.

CECE — a bit snooty, yet quiet, subtly sexy, and easygoing. (nudity required, salary provided)
FATHER (age range 35-45) — A fun loving guy who loves his kids and is sad to leave them
