Actors needed for student film “The Night Out”
CASTING CALL CATEGORY: STUDENT FILM
LOCATION: WASHINGTON, DC
We are searching for talented people to appear in our short film, “The Night Out.” The story follows two high school seniors as they discover their identity in unique and thematically opposing ways.
Characters:
Lexy – Age 30-40. Any ethnicity EXCEPT Caucasian. During the film, Lexy, a dedicated prostitute, stumbles into a wholly bizarre situation.
Zack – Age 10. Dark complexion and black hair. During the film, Zack observes his parents having a bitter and traumatizing argument.
Shooting will mostly occur during the third and fourth weekends of July. Lexy must be available for one full day and Zack must be available for multiple hours on one day. All shooting will be done around Washington, D.C. and Bethesda, MD.
All roles are unpaid, but food and beverages will be provided during shooting. Each actor will receive a DVD of the film upon completion.
