Seeking actors for an independent feature film “Divination” (Seattle, WA)
“Divination”, an indy feature, will be shot from approx. Sept 24 – Oct 19.
Production days will start in the morning and last throughout the day, for
3.5 weeks. Availability during the day is required.
Locations are sprinkled throughout the Seattle area. With over half the
production at a single house.
Some scenes we will try to shoot on weekends before the big production
schedule begins. Namely the fight scenes, that way the actors have time to
recuperate and recharge.
Late July and August will be spent with some roles in fight choreography and
early shooting of fight scenes. The roles with fighting are mentioned below.
Character rehearsals will occur in September.
Divination is very similar to Constantine in genre. There are human
characters, and the spiritual characters that influence them.
The characters listed as “demonic creatures” don’t have intense makeup. They
look like people, perhaps even a little better. They could easily pass as
regular people, they are charismatic and smooth. The angels are healthy/well
built, an intimidating appearance.
Food will be available. Compensation is $100/day.

30’s.
Jason and Jessica.
Young married couple. Jason is a successful artist/sketcher. Jessica manages
her own business. Some kissing required. Drawing skills for Jason are a huge
plus!
Ty and Sarah.
Young married couple, with kids. Ty is Jason’s best friend, class clown,
comic relief.
Dee
Jessica’s best friend. Recently moved back into town. She is classy and well
educated. But something about her is dark…
Fear.
Demonic creature. Fear is the main antagonist. He’s been whispering into
Jason’s ear his whole life.
Combat scenes required.
Wormwood.
Demonic creature. Supervises Fear to keep him in-line and on task. Age could
be mid 20’s to mid 40’s.

Joshua.
An angel, watching over Jason. Age could be mid 20’s to mid 40’s. But he has
a tainted past….

Daniel.
Rookie angel, working under Joshua. Young and ambitious.

Doc.
Psychiatrist. Helps Jason deal with Fear. Older gentleman. 40’s to 50’s.
Steven
Angel. Supervises Joshua. Age could be mid 20’s to mid 40’s
Lucien
Demonic creature. Anonymous age.
