Details: Everyone will be asked to read sides from the shooting script.

Synopsis: An angry young man lures a woman to a motel room with homicidal intentions. He quickly discovers that he may have gotten more than he bargained for when he begins to realize that she may be more dangerous…and evil than he could ever imagine.

Cast:

Sarah Chambers: She appears to be a smart, confident, charming young woman, but underneath hides something much darker. Throughout the film she will be called upon to be witting and charismatic, be in almost hysterical amounts of fear, be cunning and manipulative and at times be threatening and possibly have an inner propensity for violence. Character age: mid-to late 20’s. Character look: Varies, but generally more of a counter culture type. Sexy, punky chic.

Andrew Costello: An angry young man that fancies himself as a serial killer, Andrew can be terrifying, but what is that just under the surface? Could it be fear? Character age: early to mid 20’s Character look: Clean cut.

Amy Simmons: Sarah’s best friend, Amy is a funny and practical girl who wants to see Sarah settle down with some one. Character age: 20’s/early 30’s Character look: fun, but sometimes a bit of a fashion victim.

Sarah Chambers – (Teen): The Teenage Sarah is a little more awkward, a little more out of control than the woman she’ll become. Her style is more self-consciously “cool” She’s trying a bit too hard. Character Age: 14-16 Character Look: minor goth

Angry Teenage Girl: She is an insecure “tough” girl that decides to pick a fight with the absolute wrong girl. Character Age: 14-16 Character Look: preppy (Day player)

Bum: He’s one of those slightly off homeless people that see in every major city. He probably isn’t dangerous, but he’s just off kilter enough that you want to cross the street to avoid him. Character Age: 18-40 Character Look: Homeless (Day player)

Man (Driver): A normal everyday Joe on his way home that tries to do a good deed by giving a girl a ride. Character Age: 18-50 Character Look: Clean cut. Note: must be able to legally drive. (Day player)

Doorman: a rough looking bouncer type person who has seen it all and has no time for nonsense. Character Age: 25-45 Character Look: Street/counter culture. (Day player)

Sarah Chambers – (Child): Sarah as a child is slightly withdrawn. We can see some of the darkness growing in her. Character Age: 8-10 Character Look: little kid. (Day player)

MOM (Chambers): The loving, somewhat oblivious mother to Sarah, a troubled child. Character Age: 40-65. Character Look: square/professional (Day player)

DAD (Chambers): A hurried, overworked, pragmatic father. He has no time to notice the problems his daughter may have. Character Age: 40-65. Character Look: all business. (Day player)
