Arcade Films presents an open casting call for the short suspense thriller, “Waiting By The Windowsill”.
In the short HD production, “Waiting By The Windowsill”, a young girl running from a horrific incident and an unknown assailant must seek refuge in the country home of a kindly married couple. But as night falls who is really safe?
DENISE
Age: 20 to 25
She may seem like your average college student having the worse day of her life, but this dynamic role requires the actor to pull off a wide range of personalities.
MA JOAD
Age: 40 to 55
Don’t let Pa fool you, she’s the head of the family, and behind the crocheted blankets, wooden chickens and kind country smile lies a calculating mind.
PA JOAD
Age: 45 to 60
A hardworking blue-collar country bumpkin who likes to lay on the charm, well at least when Ma is out of the room.
WHERE: SEATTLE, WA
WHEN: FRIDAY 7/24/09 FROM 3PM TO 8PM
SUNDAY 7/26/09 FROM 1PM TO 5PM
The shoot will be 3 days in early September, and you will receive meals/credit/ copy and $100 for your performance.
