AUDITION INFORMATION
Auditions are to be held on Sunday – May 10th in San Francisco near AT&T park.
Talent will be provided with exact address and subsequent audition info upon securing an audition time.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
UMBRELLAS is a scene about a young couple who both are recent graduate school graduates.
They find themselves at a point of irreconcilable difference after a long and turbulent relationship; accentuated by their outlooks on modem adult life. Their already dead relationship builds tension through conversations about Robert’s manuscript, Jean-Clare’s observations at work, and Pepe Le Pew. The scene culminates with the tectonic plates of their opposing personalities and beliefs giving way in an eruption of truths, and concludes in a dramatic sterilizing of the Robert’s long time apartment.
A comfort with the subtly of cinematic dramatic acting is a must.
Both roles do have high drama parts but the heart of the scene is painted with subtle brush strokes.
