Synopsis A young couple in marital discord crawl into bed in their
isolated country home only to discover they are not alone: they are
sleeping with a stranger.

Project Notes: A relationship drama / horror / suspense in the mode
of Hitchcock and the Twilight Zone. The project will be shot over the
course of a (long) weekend in San Francisco and Napa. Writer/Director
Evan Wright Menzel’s (www.wrightmenzel.com ) first short “SHAKE” has
been selected to multiple festivals. Director/Producer Matthew Chausse
produced Snoop Dogg’s “Hood of Horror” and will produce Julie Delpy’s
feature “The Countess” this Fall.

Of top socialite stock, Grant is a reluctant San Francisco blue-blood,
a charismatic natural that can walk the walk and talk the talk, but
deep down resents his social obligations and would much rather be
alone.

Once a wide-eyed suburbanite beauty, Diane has carefully postured away
all visible remnants of her girlish naivety, carving her place among
the San Francisco social elite.
