Portland-based Lily Valentine Productions is casting a short film,
non-union, on Thursday, August 13th from 4:00-7:00pm.
Synopsis: Two parents talk with their 10-12 year-old about the facts
of life, with emphasis on “it’s okay to be either gay or straight.”
Seeking ethnically diverse cast.
Parents: male or female, 30-45
Child: male or female, 9-12
These are non-paying roles. We are producing this film in a “Public
Service Announcement” (PSA) style. It is our goal to influence
parents to encourage their kids to be themselves. We will enter first-
class film festivals. After film festivals have been exhausted, we
will upload it to YouTube as a PSA. Cast will be provided a nice meal
and drinks.
Let’s have fun with acting, and in the process, change some minds.
