Casting Call Details:
A small town of people who believe they are cursed by a woman named Evalina. They believe the curse to be this: Anyone who leaves the town’s city limits or crosses the railroad tracks where they believe Evalina lives will be killed. What the town discovers will change their lives forever.
The play deals with fear and its ability to be passed on from one generation to the next and keep them from reaching their own level of greatness. Previously produced in December 2010, the play is being re-vamped musically for a 2013-2014 staged reading and full stage production.
Seeking strong actors only. All ethnicities encouraged to submit. The play is set in the South. Please indicate if you sing. Please submit your headshot and resume no later than MARCH 31, 2013.
