Female Actor needed for playreading – Oakland, CA
Casting Call Details:
Talented Female Actor (20s/30s) needed for closed reading of a new full-length stage script (romantic comedy). The role is essentially the “best friend of the female lead”, although you will be required to read multiple parts (all actors play multiple roles).
The reading will occur on Sat Oct 27th, 2-3pm in East Oakland. This is a small, closed reading (it will be the first reading of the script) with a group of 5 actors.
This is a non-paid gig, however I always like to give my actors something (actors gotta eat!) so will be giving a $25 gift card as a thank-you to each actor.
If you are a terrific reader, can do a variety of accents, and want to spend a fun afternoon with a bunch of talented actors, then drop me a line for further details, copy of script etc.
