Student film casting calls: “An Old Man’s Cry” (Non-Pay/NYC)
Seeking: A caucasian 50+ year old man. Must have pepper colored or white hair.
A short, non-speaking, black and white film about an old man who deals with everyday life. He wakes up every morning at a certain time, he then goes through the normal rituals of waking up, then he makes a food. He then wraps a cello up and walks into a bus/cab. He takes this vehicle to a small hill where he lays his food down and plays his cello. All this next to a grave. During this entire time, there will be a narrator who constantly asks questions about the old man until the delivery of cello music answers all of them.
