SYNOPSIS:
In a stifling future, restless teens rebel against an overprotective society.
LEADS:
VERY: Protagonist, Female, Age 15 or 16, any ethnicity
The new girl in an unfriendly classroom. VERY is quiet, pretty and awkward, VERY has an expressive face that speaks volumes of her inner intelligence and perceptive eye.
ASHER: Male, Age 15, any ethnicity
Possesses a certain grit and individualism that classmates lack. He looks like a classic
band-boy outsider, with longish hair and a skateboarders demeanor. Intelligent, but unhappy in a classroom.
MAPLE: Female, Age 15, any ethnicity
Quick-witted with a cruel streak, she instills fear in her friends and classmates, and
frequently tests the limits of her power. Attractive beyond her young age, she understands that her sexuality is also a weapon of control.
VAULT: Male, Age 18-22, any ethnicity
An intense, but inspiring character, VAULT is full of life and ideas. He doesn’t always know what he’s talking about, but he speaks so passionately that he might just convince whoever listens. He is a charming. wild free spirit.
SUZE: Female, Age 18-22, any ethnicity
Vaults girlfriend and Asher’s sister, SUZE is a cool chick, with a Bohemian look and a
confident, grounded presence. She has an intelligent sparkle in her eyes and a good heart.
TEACHER: Female, Age 25-40, any ethnicity
No-nonsense teacher, with a sexual presence and a touch of theatricality.
