Seeking Versatile Jazz Funk Hip Hop Dancers for Major Awards Show June 1

Auditioning strong male & female jazz/street/funk/hip-hop dancers for feature performance at a MAJOR high-profile entertainment awards show in NYC June 1, to be covered by all major television and media networks.

Successful candidates are high-energy, versatile dancers (aged 21+) trained in jazz, street-jazz, jazz-funk, and/or hip-hop, who have prior performance experience (collegiate, semi-professional, professional), and who have the ability to learn quickly and execute well. Exceptional energy/personality/facial expression is a must.

NOTE: Rehearsals start the week of May 11th. Only those individuals who are mature, responsible and can commit to a regular 4-6 hours-a-week practice schedule (every Mon. & Wed. eves AND Sat. morning) AND extra rehearsals as needed starting the week of May 11th need apply.
Positive team-player attitude is a must. This awards shows is non-paid, but is extremely high-profile and is invaluable for your dance portfolio, resume and dance career as a whole.

AUDITION DATE: Wednesday, May 13th 8-10PM at Ripley Grier Studios. By appointment only.

*If chosen to audition, you will be asked to perform a 1-2 minute demo to the music of your choice and learn choreography on the spot in a group setting.
