Seeking lead actor for short film “Clown-Face”
“Clown-Face” is a glimpse into the life of a sad and unfulfilled clown while he is entertaining a children’s party. We plan to submit to Tropfest.
We will be shooting in a NYC park in early May, tentative shoot date is May 8. Commitment includes a 1 day shoot, and some time prior to shoot day for rehearsal(s) and wardrobe fitting.
This is an UNPAID role, but you will receive credit, copy, and meal(s).
Character’s physical description: male in his 30s with expressive eyes. There is no dialogue, so his body, posture, and eyes need to express Clown-Face’s melancholy & near detachment.
No prior acting experience is required.
