Seeking Indian male and female actors for short film “Tanvi” – New York, NY

Looking for:
Indian female, 40s-50s, to play the role of “MRS. KRISHNAN.”
Mrs. Krishnan is the mother of a teenage daughter, Tanvi. She monitors much of Tanvi’s home life — from what she keeps in her room to what she eats — and prods her daughter about almost everything. She isn’t doing this to be dictatorial, but mostly because she doesn’t understand Tanvi’s wants and needs, and assumes that the same ways that she lives her life should also be applied to her daughter.
*Speaking Tamil or Hindi is a plus!

Indian male, 40s – 50s, to play the role of MR. KRISHNAN.
Mr. Krishnan is a well-meaning, but somewhat clueless, father who doesn’t necessarily deal with his daughter’s “teenage” years and decision-making in the best way.
*Speaking Tamil or Hindi is a plus!
