6-8 days, starts Late October/ Beginning Nov in Brooklyn

The film is direct by Da Rong Yu (Gordon). This is a student thesis film calls ‘The Moment’. It is about an old man, his wife passed away about 40 years ago, and he sits and waits for a moment to die. A boy, who lost his grandfather for few days and he tries to search for him. These two protagonists start communicate with each other through a drawing.

This film will be shoot at Brooklyn. The film will be 9-12mins long and will be shot at HD. It is a non-pay project. But food, transportation and final result(DVD) will be provided.

Breakdowns:
Male / 61+ yrs. / Any Ethnicity.
Protagonist - Ross(old man) who late 70s, isolated, grabbbling his own death. He is communicating/ helping a boy to find his missing grandfather.

Male / 6-10 yrs. / Any Ethnicity.
Protagonist - Lou(boy) who lost his grandfather. His parents would not tell him where his grandfather is. But he does not give up to search for him.

Male / 61+ yrs. / Any Ethnicity.
Supporting Role - Lou’s grandfather, he built a really strong relationship with Lou. They both share story together.

Male / 31-40 yrs. / Any Ethnicity.
Supporting Role - young Ross, around 30-40 years old, who is a very well care husband and just lost his wife.

Female / 31-40 yrs. / Any Ethnicity.
Supporting Role - Lou’s mother, a businesswoman, she would not tell Lou about his grandfather, because she think Lou is too young to understand about death. so she tried to avoid the topic.
