Free Casting Calls and Auditions

THE LION, THE WITCH & THE WARDROBE
EQUITY TYA TIER 2 CONTRACT
$460/WEEKLY, $54 PER DIEM

ALL ACTORS WILL BE SIGNED AS ASSISTANT STAGE MANAGERS and will be required, as such, to lift scenery and sound equipment during daily load-in and load outs (up to 60 lbs).
Please note: this is the very same ASM duties, we are just being ultra-specific.

ALL ACTORS MUST SING REALLY WELL. ALL actors MUST LOOK LIKE 20-somethings or young 20-somethings. All actors must have versatility to play different roles.

BREAKDOWN:
ASLAN 20-something, legit bari-tenor, but also could not hurt to have a belt) Heroic stature, warm and kind. Good young actor with leading man quality. Also plays cockney Mr. Beaver, who is an eccentric comic character.
PETER (20’s to play a teenager, bari-tenor) Charming, self-effacing and young. At first is tentative, but later becomes brave and courageous. He is awkward, but charming. Also plays comic Dwarf.
EDMUND (20’s to play pre-teen, bari-tenor) Young, selfish, resentful and jealous of other children. He is a brat, but you need to root for him.
SUSAN/ WHITE WITCH (20-something, soprano that can do a mix/belt) Young character woman. Must have strong acting chops. As the witch she is selfish, cruel and regal. Must be short (playing a kid).
LUCY (20’s to play a girl, Soprano/Belt and character singing) Pure, innocent and strong. Also, plays cockney Mrs. Beaver, eccentric and comic. Must be short!!
