New York actors needed for short film
Leah Chen Baker (dir.) is casting The Sleep Study, an HD and 35mm adapter short film about three people with extreme personalities who decide to undergo a sleep test. However, the three patients (Joy, Holly and Christian) are actually doctors and nurses who work at the hospital. The real patient (Natasha) personifies her three extreme emotional states through Joy, Holly and Christian during her testing.
Shooting mid July for approx. 4 days in NYC and East Hampton, NY.
Each actor cast will play two roles.
Joy: mid-late 20s, optimistic, must be comfortable wearing a bathing suit and swimming.
Holly: 20s, serious, driven, perfectionist, ballet dancer (must be able to dance on point).
Christian: mid-late 20s, melancholy, must be willing to smoke.
Natasha: 20s, strong voice, elegant.
