Fault Lines Productions is casting Fault Lines, a Columbia University MFA grad short film.
When a law student allows a homeless woman who doesn’t speak English to stay in her apartment, they develop a trust that is soon broken and has major consequences for both their lives.
Shooting Jan. 13-15 in NYC.
Roles:
Helen: 25-30, American or European, law student, preparing for the bar exam, very practical, driven to succeed, in love with Daniel, has been living in New York for several years
Daniel: 25-30, free-spirited musician who doesn’t like commitment or being tied down by anything, a big dreamer, likes the financial security that Helen provides but doesn’t like feeling trapped
Lin: 25-30, Chinese, moved to New York from China nine months ago, willful, knows how to manipulate, very intelligent, on her own, has to do what she can to survive.
Auditions will be held in NYC.
