East Asian Female Wanted for Short Film Sequences, Age 18-28 Yrs
Chinatown Arts Space presents Piccadilly Revisited, a cross-artform production inspired by the life and love of Hollywood’s first Chinese film star, Anna May Wong, and the classic British silent movie Piccadilly (1929) in which she played a starring role (funding is provided by the British Art Council, for more information, visit www.ChinatownArtsSpace.com).
We are looking for an East Asian female actress to perform in some short film surreal dream sequences in the style of David Lynch’s films in both colour and monochrome. The film sequences will be on screen as part of the multi-media production Piccadilly Revisited.
The production will premiere at the Linbury Studio at the Royal Opera House in London in March 2010. It will be toured around UK and East Asia.
