Cats-Eye LLC will hold an open call for the 2009-2010 National Tour of CATS. Rehearsals begin mid-September 2009.
Seeking:
Mistoffelees – Male, on the shorter side, Excellent Dancer, proficient in Ballet and Jazz. Must have turns in Second (pirouettes à la seconde). Magical, aloof, enigmatic, quirky, loves to show off.
Demeter – Female, 5’7”-5’8”, strong dancer, strong singer w/ belt/mix to C. Sexy but insecure and skittish, fearful.
JennyAnydots – Female, the Gumbie Cat, strong belt & mix. Quirky, delightful character actress with great sense of humor. Must move well. Tap a plus.
Male and Female Ensemble/Swings – Wide Range of height, but must have an athletic build. Must be proficient in Jazz, Ballet and Tap and able to sing well. Strong tumbling skills a plus.
