Casting new cold case show “Soul Evidence”
“Soul Evidence” is an unscripted format similar to the old NBC series “Unsolved Mysteries.” Each week a new cold case will be revisited with the hope of shedding new light on the unsolved crime and furthering the investigation. The crime will be retold by weaving together recreations of the facts and interviews with some of the people involved with the initial investigation. Then, possible solutions to the crime will be re-explored by an assembled investigative team of very experienced, highly regarded individuals. They will be drawn from the fields of homicide investigation, criminal prosecution, forensic science and psychic phenomena.
It is our belief that through the use of these experts and the audience’s involvement we will provide information that will ultimately help solve some of these unsettling crimes that have laid long dormant. At the end of the show, an 800 number will be provided so that viewers can report any information they might have.
This project is being executive produced by Garry Hart, Mark Ganshirt, and Sam Korkis through Red 23 Entertainment. It will air on the Sci Fi Channel which is owned by NBC/Universal.
