Casting “Junk”, a thirteen minute short film for The School of Visual Arts
Noah Paul (director) is casting “Junk”, a thirteen minute short film for The School of Visual Arts “The Project Class”, instructed by Bob Giraldi. JUNK is a story in the short life of a chair, from production to destruction, inadvertently affecting the various hands it is passed through and the environments that surround. The short film will be shot on HD quality cameras at various locations throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn. Shooting begins early December 09.
SEEKING:
Richard: late 30s-to-early 40s, Caucasian, good looking gentleman, spends most of his time lying and sneaking around with other woman.
Susan: late 30s-to-early 40s, Caucasian, wife of Richard, once beautiful and full of life slowly turning into an obsessive-compulsive nervous wreck.
Victor: 20s, Hispanic Man, gangster, strong alpha male who “runs” his gang of friends, powerful with the voice as well as the sword.
Charlie: 20s, Caucasian, gangster, tattoos and gauges in ears, soft spoken for a gangster, until its time to step out from under the light.
Miss Baker- 20s, African-American woman, very attractive. Plays a role in the passing of the infamous chair.
Auditions will be held at Giraldi Studios in Tribeca, NYC (please submit before 11/25)
