Arielle Wilkins (dir.) is casting “Afternoon Showdown”, a 9 minute student film*, shot in HD, for SVA’s “The Project Class”– about a young neighborhood hero who faces a bully, only to realize it was all a dream and must face a harsher reality. Bob Giraldi, instructor. Shoots early Jan. 2009 in NYC.
*Film has a 1970’s blaxploitation type theme in the beginning and then it transitions into present day 2009.
