Casting Call for Short Film “Tomorrow” – New York, NY

Casting Call Details:
“Tomorrow” depicts 21-year-old Barack Obama at Columbia who is at a crossroads in determining what he’s meant to do with his life. Through a series of memories and visions of the future, Obama begins to perceive his fate. This all occurs over the course of an evening shared with friends.

Upon review of the script, you will see how this short film might have an impact on public discourse leading up to the general election. In particular, this video might re-engage voters under 35, a demographic that was crucial in Obama’s 2008 victory. As the ‘Hope’ campaign made an impact in 2008 through its visual comparative advantage, the ‘Tomorrow’ campaign hopes to have the same impact for 2012.
