Casting call for 3 minute MFA film

Synopsis: 3 minute short MFA project. Shooting on film. Teenage (visually) girl wants to play chess with the local street pro, but he refuses to give her the time of day. Pro finally excepts $50 challenge from the girl’s older brother and the two play a heated match. Underdog beats the pro and walks away with his winnings. Brother reunites with the girl who is holding binoculars and a wireless blue tooth. He hands her the cash, and they walk away.

-TEENAGE(visually) GIRL. Confident, feisty, gifted. Chess smart.
-OLDER BROTHER (20-24). Shy, yet protective of his little sister. Street smart.
-CHESS PRO (25-30). Cocky, overconfident. Always wins (until now).

No pay, but meals and copy of film will be provided.
