LOCATION: MIAMI, FL
The School of Entertainment & Design Technology at Miami Dade College, North Campus, will be holding an open casting call for short films directed by talented young filmmakers. The films will be shot in the Miami area from February 12 to March 14, 2010.
Actors will receive on-screen credit and a DVD copy of the film.
The auditions will take place on Thursday, February 4, from 1:00 PM to 6:30 PM at Miami Dade College, North Campus, Building 2, Room 2147. Please bring a photo/resume with you to the casting call. Below are brief description of the film and characters. Please email the director to set an appointment for Thursday’s audition.

FILM TITLE: “KANSAS CITY SHUFFLE”
Frank is a middle-aged police officer that has been smuggling drugs out of the department for months. Jamie, an undercover cop, pretends to be a drug dealer in order to bust Frank and put him in cuffs once and for all.
FRANK (Late 20s to early 40s)
Crazy, vulgar. A bit scrawny. Chain smoking liar. Dresses in mostly dark clothes. Spanish. Dirty cop
JAMIE (early 20s to mid 20s)
Inexperienced, white, wears bright colors (white). Honest cop.
