Free Casting Calls and Auditions

Casting for a short film “Silent Envy”.

This is a crime drama about jealousy and love.

This is a great project to get involved with since the people making
this film (the Houston film meetup) are going to be making many more
films. There is no nudity or at this point profanity. This film will
be submitted to film festivals. There is no pay. Shoot dates are
tentatively June 23rd and June 30th in Houston. There will be
rehearsals before filming so dedicated actors only.

The Parts we need to cast are below; many of the roles are open to
male or female actors.

William Hill Male 40’s

Ashley smith Female 20’s

Friend male 20’s

Detective any 30’s

Police officer 1 any 20’s - 40’s

Police officer 2 any 20’s - 40’s

Homicide officer any 20’s – 40’s

Priest male 30 or over

We are also going to need many extras. If you are interested in

time is for you to audition and I will do my best to get you in. In
the title please put Silent Envy and the part you are interested in
(I will consider you for all roles). Please also let me know if you
are interested in being an extra if you are not cast in a feature
roll.
