The film director’s last 3 short films have played in over 36 film festivals
around the world. This project is a follow up to an earlier film with a
strong festival run.
Seeking-
CYRUS: Cyrus is in his LATE twenties, and the EARLY stages of love. His life
is chaos, work is hell, and he doesn’t know if he is working towards what he
should be doing in life. But what he is sure of is that everything seems
right when he is with her. For Cyrus, life is overwhelming and full of
unresolved questions. But when he is with her, he doesn’t need the answers.
His girl is the one who brings his stability. And for that he Will Follow
Her Anywhere.
In this story two lovers are met with trajedy and which challenges the
closeness of their bond.
SAMIRAH: Samirah, is not use to being this much in love with anyone. We’ve
all had that 1st love, but this felt so much more intense. It was right in
so many ways, and that’s what scared her. On New Years Eve she told herself
that this was her year. She was going to focus on her career and not worry
about any guy who was or wasn’t going to be a part of her life.
And then she met Cyrus.
She fought it at first, but everything he said and everything he did
connected to something deep inside of her. But this was her year! This was
her time! She was going to make her mark and climb the ladder, and yet all
she found herself doing was spending time with him, because in time, what
was right for her was everything that connected her to him.
