SEEKING:
PARTICIPANTS: Time for another round of 24 Hour Theatre. For the uninitiated, here’s how it works. You may sign up to participate as either an actor, a writer, or a director. The night before the show, the writers are contacted with a specific theme and have about eight hours to write a ten minute play based on the theme. The next morning they come in and there is a read through of the pieces with the directors. The directors choose which piece each will do and then the actors arrive and are cast in the pieces. The rest of the day is spent rehearsing, there is a brief tech in late afternoon, and that evening, at 8 PM, the show goes up.
