Free Casting Calls and Auditions

A new cable network is producing a number of ½ and one hour series in
various formats: talk show, investigative, magazine-style
documentary. These programs will focus on matters of pressing concern
to Americans 50 years and older.

IMPORTANT – In the title of your email be sure to state the name of
the Host position you are submitting for (e.g. “Host and
Moderator”, “Host”, “Female Co-Host”, “Male Co-Host”, “Medical
Expert”, etc.). eMails without this will not be opened.

Salary: Minimum $400 per episode. Higher salaries will be negotiated
base on prior experience.

Shows will be shot in four to ten episode blocks over two to three
consecutive days. Each block of episodes will be produced every three
to four weeks. Long distance transportation, hotel and per diem will
be provided to non-local talent.

THE COOKING SHOW - A Weekly Cooking Show for people 55 years and
older, this show will feature fun and flavorful recipes, menus and
cooking tips with ease, nutritional and special health needs in mind.

[MEDICAL HOST] Male or Female. All ethicities. 50 years and older. On
Air experience required. MD required. Specialization in geriatric,
internal or endocrinological medicine desirable. Knowledge of special
dietary needs for various health problem. Warm and accessible. The
friendly family physician. (Series Regular)

[HOST NUTRITIONIST] Male or Female. All ethicities. 45 years and
older. On Air experience required. Specialization in Nutrition
required. RN or Dietician desired. Knowledge of special dietary needs
for various health problem. Friendly and informative. (Series
Regular)

[HOST CHEF] Male or Female. All Ethnicities. 50 years and older.
Professional Chef. On air experience required. Ability to work with
Doctor and Nutritionist to create healthy and simple recipes for
active seniors and people with special health needs. Great
personality. Chefs specializing in Nutrition, Weight Loss, Special
Needs diets particularly sought. (Series Regular)

THE MAKEOVER SHOW - A Weekly Makeover Show for retired people over 55
years who need help to rejuvinate, inspire and refocus their lives.
Each guest will be profiled and have expert advice to help and guide
the makeover process.

[HOST] Male or Female. All ethnicities. 55 years and older. A
background in Social Work or other advocate services desirable. Must
be approachable and empathetic, with the ability to relate to each
Makeover guest being profiled. (Series Regular)

[FINANCIAL GUEST HOST] Male or Female. All ethnicities. 45 years and
older. Financial expertise in debt recovery and/or retirement
planning required. Must be able to review the financial situation of
various makeover guests, develop and implement a workable financial
recovery plan. (Recurring)

[GUEST ORGANIZER] Male or Female. All ethicities. 45 years and older.
Expert in organizing and removing clutter. Must have understanding
for peoples emotional attachment to things and the difficulty in
getting rid for them. Will go into the homes of various makeover
guests and help them to de-clutter and reorganize their living
spaces. (Recurring)

[MEDICAL EXPERT] Male or Female. All ethnicities. 50 years and older.
MD required. Specialization in geriatric, internal or
endocrinological medicine desirable. Knowledge of special dietary
needs for various health problem. Warm and accessible. Must be able
to access the special needs of senior patients and work with their
physicians to help them make the transitions required of their
various health needs. (Recurring)

[CAREER COUNSELOR] Male or Female. All ethnicities. 45 years and
older. Expert in people making the transition to a second career.
Must be to advise and aid makeover guests in their pursuit of a new
career. (Recurring)

[MAKE-UP AND HAIR STYLIST] Male or Female. All ethnicities. 45 years
and older. Expert in helping people to bring out the best qualities
on a budget and with limited time. (Recurring)

[WARDROBE STYLIST] Male or Female. All ethnicities. 45 years and
older. Expert in helping people to find their best fashion style on a
budget. (Recurring)

[FITNESS EXPERT] Male or Female. All ethnicities. 35 years and older.
Certified fitness instructor and/or personal trainer. Ability to
design modified fitness programs for seniors and people with special
needs.
