Casting call for Northwestern University student film “Running Fox”
“RUNNING FOX”, a Northwestern University student film is seeking talented, quirky, unique actors to play the following roles:
*Henry Perkins (6 days) — Age 10-13. Outspoken, upbeat, rebellious, outdoor kid who never feels in danger even as he gets himself in dangerous situations.
*Buckshot (3 days) — Age 30+. A Native American who is a mentor to Henry and also a serial killer. He’s wise and kind, but with a darkness buried not too far inside him.
*Mrs. Perkins (3 days)– Age 35-45. A well-groomed, stiff and prudent mother who loves her son dearly, but can not control him whatsoever.
*Pedophile (3 days) — Age 30-50. A smooth-talking, creep who gets trapped in a hole and murdered.
*Billy Cohen (3 days) — Age 10-13. An energetic kid to whom bad things seem to keep happening.
*Mrs. Cohen (1 day) — Age 35-45. A fashionable, city mom who is excited by danger.
*Officer Sparkle and Officer McGee (2 days) — Age 30+. A couple of small town cops. Partners. They don’t get worked up about much. They’ve seen some things in their day.
*Principal (2 days) — Age 30+. A matter of fact, play by the rules guy. Dedicated protector of his students.
*Mrs. Derraby (2 days) — Age 30-65. A maternal elementary teacher, who’s fed up with Henry.
*Kathryn (1 day) — Age 10-14. A precocious, intelligent young girl with good public speaking skills.
*Tommy (1 day) — Age 10-14. An energetic young boy.

Shooting Dates: Oct 2-4, 9-11
