The Plot: It is present day America and nationally, an outbreak has occurred. They don’t know what, they don’t know how and they don’t know when help is on the way. Ten strangers band together in a wooded New England area, deprived of information, shelter, and security as the group fights to stay alive in a world where the dead won’t die and nothing make sense anymore.
The Horror/Thriller follows the survivors through the roughest challenges they have ever faced. Together they learn things never thought possible about themselves all while being perpetually hunted by the walking dead. Will they survive? Can this be real? Will humanity rebuild? Will god save us all? Because “When there is no more room in hell, the dead will walk the earth” (G. Romero).
Casting:
Ralph Waters, Male, 9-13: A rough looking boy who has clearly been through a lot, more than the others. He is hard-edged, mean at times and unforgiving. He doesn’t get along with Dominick and leads the group of the others against him
Dominick, Leading Male, 9-13: A cute, happy, and excited boy who makes the best of every situation. Although other boys are at camp he prefers to play with his imaginary friends or his mother. He is as innocent as can be and can’t quite understand what exactly is happening to the world around him
Susie Victoria, Female, 18-25: A gorgeous young woman. Before this outbreak Susie was the most popular cheerleader at high school but was also on the honor roll. Recent events have matured this young girl into a woman. She is smart and conservative and wants nothing to do with the relationship Adam speaks of
Judy Leading, Female, Mid 30’s: An attractive, middle-aged woman. She is strong willed and will sacrifice everything to ensure her son Ralph’s well-being. She has been a single mom for quiet some time now and is always looking for a way out of this horrific situation
Earl McCormack, Male, 30’s-40’s: A large, grizzly man who has lived in the woods for a long time. He wandered across their camp one morning while hunting. The sheriff and Earl disagree quiet often. He makes no friends at camp and keeps to himself. He clearly has a troubled past and carries damaged goods wherever he goes
Adam Atkins, Male, 18-25: A thin, awkward, quiet, sex-craved, and ambitious young man. During high school Adam would have been known as the lonely kid that no one talks to. He has many talents and is always looking to help out around camp. He also has an infatuation with Susie Victoria
