Casting:
[ZEKE] Caucasian. mid 30’s, tall, shaggy greasy hair. Ex-con, heavy
smoker. He spent all his life in this little Texas country town. Feels
the need to be the one in charge at all times. Likes to hunt. Zeke’s
favorite word is fuck…LEAD
[ARGOT] Caucasian. early to mid 30’s, average height, smoker. He is a
follower. In high school, he was an athlete – now he has gotten soft.
He’s also more sensitive than his sidekick, Zeke. Secretly obsessed with
Zeke’s wife, Miranda…LEAD.
[MONA] Hispanic. mid to late 20’s. Shows sign of wear but it’s obvious
she used to be beautiful. Great body. She got pregnant young and now
lives with her baby daddy. She is scared to leave Zeke. Catholic…SUPPORTING.
[CHUCK] Hispanic. late 30’s. Nebbish, balding and fat. Shaves on Sundays
before church. His face is red and bloated from “the High Life”…SUPPORTING
[MIRANDA] Multi-Ethnic. b/n 10-12. skinny and gangly. Extremly shy. She
is scared of her dad, Zeke…SUPPORTING (no lines).
[BOY] Caucasian. 12 years old. chubby, pale and simple…ONE LINE.
[BAR PATRONS] Caucasian and Hispanics. Male/Female varying ages…EXTRAS
STORY LINE: Straight from prison Zeke is on a mission to settle his debts.
