Seeking Director of Photography for film “Future Night” – Austin, TX
Casting Call Details:
We’re putting together a short microbudget science-fiction film currently titled “Future Night,” to be shot in central Austin, TX. The film takes place in a low-tech future inspired by 1980s cyberpunk and sci-fi aesthetics. Think leather, torn jeans, floppy discs, neon, mohawks, shoulderpads, and punk rock.
We’re looking for a director of photography who knows his or her way around a Canon 7D. Other cast and crew positions are more or less filled, so this is the last key position we need to hire for.
The shoot is currently planned for June 17th-20th (Sunday-Wednesday), and all the shoots will be night shoots between 9pm and 2am.
Stipend for the position is $50/day.
