Casting for lead roles in romantic teen comedy - Austin, TX
We are currently casting for an online trailer. “Stop Me If You’ve Heard
This One Before” is a romantic teen comedy. We are currently casting for
all of the lead roles.
MIA STONE:
age 15+. Mia is the popular girl who ends up falling in love with the
“loser” Albert. Mia is pretty in a girl next door kind of way. She has a
sweet demeanor, an athletic build, and dark hair.
RYAN STACKHOUSE a.k.a. THE HOUSE:
Junior or Senior in high school. The House is a typical jock. He plays
lacrosse and rules the school. He is Mia’s ex-boyfriend and is
determined to make Albert’s life hell.
ALBERT KIM:
Tall Korean American aged 16+ Albert prides himself on being an
“intentional loser” Very quirky and funny. Albert falls in love with
Mia, and is dedicated to keeping her even after House interferes.
ALBERTS PARENTS:
Two Korean’s. Middle aged.
GINO:
Gino is Mia and Albert’s creepy, perverted boss. Should be thin, blonde
and/or balding. Late twenties early thirties. He is a jerk to Mia and
Albert.
HOUSE’S FRIENDS:
One or two 16+ yrs. attractive, athletic boys to play House’s sidekicks.
Compensation:
A great time! possibility that the trailer will air on one of Disney’s
websites.
We will also feed our actors!
Shooting Times:
We are looking to shoot the first and second weekend of April. We will
send more information (times, locations etc.) individually.
