Casting Call: UT Scene Adaptation from the film “It’s A Wonderful Life”
This is for a directing workshop. I need 1 Actor and 1 Actress to present a scene in class as well as film the scene in HD footage.
Scene: Lasso the Moon
George Bailey- Male 20s-40s. A character who has sacrificed his dreams and ambitions for the sake of his family and his hometown.
Mary Hatch – Female, 20s- late 30s. A character who has had a crush on George since childhood and would do anything to support him.
Auditions: Monday, April 6th from 2:00-5:45 PM on the UT campus , UTC (University Teaching Center) Room 4.114

Obligations:
- 2-3 brief rehearsals between audition date and in-class presentation date
- In-class presentation of scene on Monday, April 13th from 8:30-9:00 PM on UT campus
-The Filming of the scene ( HD footage) on a day between April 13th and Monday, May 4th
Compensation:
- copy of the finished scene for demo reels in preferred format ( HD or SD )
- testing your acting skills or evolving them
- snacks and drinks during rehearsals
