Needed actors for a short student film “Golden Statue”
A Short Student Film by the Film Club at University of Colorado
The story is a short dark comedy about a man named Charlie who is a
Taxidermist by day and then a Golden Statue Entertainer by night. While getting
ready for a night on the town asa Golden Statue, Charlie accidentally drops his
paint can out of his two-story window and kills a passerby below. Charlie fixes
this “messy” situation by using his taxidermist skills and making the dead man a
golden statue.
NEEDED:
Lead Male Role (Charlie)
Look between ages of 30-35
Able to do well with facial expressions and lack of dialogue
AND
A large mix of males and females willing to paint themselves in gold paint for a
day (or two).
Shooting will occur this upcoming weekend (Oct. 23-25), and the following
weekend (Oct. 29-Nov. 1) in Boulder and Golden, CO.
There will be no auditions held, we just ask you to e-mail a resume and headshot.
